Service Description
During your initial assessment, I will collect a thorough health history and conduct a VO2 assessment, body composition analysis, resting blood pressure and heart rate measurement, and a baseline biomechanics assessment. Using all of this information, I create a personalized exercise prescription tailored specifically to you. The initial assessment is 90 minutes.
