Clinical Exercise Physiology

Wellness Coaching

Hi! I'm Kellyn Jason, a clinical exercise physiologist (M.S.), PhD candidate in Interdisciplinary Clinical Rehabilitation Sciences at Northeastern University, and personal trainer with 8.5 years of experience. My journey into health and wellness started with my own weight loss transformation, where I experienced firsthand the physical and mental health benefits of getting active and healthy. That experience is what drives my passion for sharing those benefits with others, and it's what led me to found Kellyn Jason Wellness in 2021 and pursue graduate research on the role of exercise in brain and mental health.
Today I specialize in working with adults who want evidence-based training grounded in real physiology, not generic programming. My PhD research at Northeastern focuses on how different types of exercise affect mental health symptoms and brain function, and I bring that science directly into every client's program. In addition to personal training, I offer clinical assessments including HRV monitoring, body composition analysis, blood pressure screening, and individualized exercise prescription tailored to your health history and goals.
I take on a limited number of new clients each quarter to ensure every person receives the depth of attention they deserve. Spots are limited, so if you're interested in working together, please fill out the form below and I'll be in touch to schedule a brief call.
If you are a certified coach in the health and wellness space looking for mentorship, please send an email to kjwellnessllc@gmail.com.
